Now you can craft a portal pickaxe with three netherites, which can destroy nether portals, end portals, and end portal frames. You can use them as items and blocks. With a blacksmith's table, you can craft (with the help of an end portal, nether portal, and portal pickaxe) a bedrock pickaxe, which can be used to mine bedrock.

Added Charon and Cerberus mobs and improved bedrock dimension generation. For already created worlds it is recommended to reset the dimension, as changes may not work on worlds from the old version of the mod.

This is the same mod but for neoforge 1.21.1

A completely new bedrock dimension has been added, modeled on Tartarus from Greek mythology. The idea is that the new dimension is under the nether. A set of items has been added to the new dimension, similar to other dimensions, but it has one new thing. It is a bedrock wand with which you can summon lightning and launch a new portal.
