Nemo's Enchantments
Description
Nemo's Enchantments adds new enchantments, such as 'Soul Binding', 'Sprinter', 'Climber', and 'Felling'.
It also removes the 'Too Expensive' limitation from the anvil!
Item tooltips display enchantment descriptions when holding "Shift".
Currently, descriptions are only available for Nemo's Enchantments, vanilla enchantments will follow soon.

- Reduces monster visibility by 4%, 8%, or 12% at levels I, II, and III
