New Potion: Splash Mutagen
This is the entrypoint for the mod. Brew this in a brewing stand (glowstone -> spider eye -> gunpowder). Throw it at . . . well, salmon for right now. It only works on salmon. More coming though!
Mutated Creatures
Mutants are typically enlarged mount versions of peaceful mobs. Salmon are a versatile underwater mount. Make sure to bring water-breathing equipment, you might have an underwater mount but you're on your own for oxygen.

Final Modfest Release (hopefully)
- Fixes several lang keys. Tipped arrows and lingering potions now display their names and effects correctly.
- Fixed a problem where Arrow of Mutagen wouldn't mutate animals it didn't kill
- Despawn timer added for mutants that have been left idle (unridden)
- Config added, for now it only configures the despawn timer

Initial release
- Adds Mutagen and Splash Mutagen potions, brewable as if you were trying to make a Thick Potion of Poison
- Salmon turn into a huge, rideable mutated version when hit with Mutagen
