Does not allow for creation of new maps in Multiverse worlds
This is intended for archival servers like the Existence SMP Museum that load multiple world archives using Multiverse

Initial release
There is currently a bug present where the first 3 pixels of the map do not load properly. Don't ask me, I don't know why.
