More Little Decorations

Adds details in the form of different stones from different materials to each biome. In the future I plan to add more details such as sticks flowers fallen leaves and the like.

Adds details in the form of different stones from different materials to each biome. The number and type of stones that you can find there depends on the type of biome.

This version (1.3.1 for 1.21.1 neoforge) is the same as version (1.3.0 for 1.21.4 neoforge) since 1.21.1 does not add pale oak, but I do not want to confuse the names for different versions of the game

Many other minor bugs have been fixed.
