Fishing and riding Pigs or Striders - but the way you want!
What Stick you attach String to and maybe a Carrot or a Warped Fungus - Now it's your decision!

    This was formerly a feature of More Stick Variants (MStV) (  ) but with Minecraft 26.1, Villager trading has become data-driven allowing for each More Variants mod to implement this feature for their respective block/item variants without needing to rely on MStV (  ) for this functionality.
