Adding the much-needed More Chest Variants.

Fill your builds with colourful storage now each wood type now has its own chest. Unique designs now to not let the default chest ruin your style.

chest-set

Adding new chests to Minecraft in the most vanilla way possible.

With Quad support adding:

  • Chests can be burnt for fuel in a furnace (excluding nether woods)
  • Nether wood chests being immune to fire/lava
  • Any chest being usable in vanilla recipes (e.g. Hoppers)
  • Coming Soon - Chest generating in natural structures (Quad 1.3.0-beta.1 and above)

Star Wars day

More Chest Variants was released on 4th May 2023. For this reason, from May 3rd to May 5th special Star Wars textures will be rendered on your chests. May the 4th be with you all.

Chested Companions

Do you want your pets to carry arround little chests? Well now with Chested Companions and More Chest Variants support, they can carry chests from your favourite wood type!

First Year

More Chest Variants has now hit 1 years old on 4th May 2024. In this 1st year, it has reached 282k downloads on Curseforge and 93k on Modrinth, with a total of 375k downloads :O. With also getting in AOF7.
