A simple unofficial port of ModMenu to beta 1.7.3.

Use Modmenu Babric instead.
An unofficial port of ModMenu to b1.7.3.
Does nothing aside from add a button on the main and escape menu which lists mods, unless something like Glass Config API is installed, in which case you can edit the settings of any mods that support it.

Initial Modrinth release.
Changes:
- Add Minecraft's options menu to the mod list, because why not.
- Fix some scroll logic that allowed the modlist to scroll regardless of mouse location.
- Fix the filter buttons being able to be pressed even when hidden.
