Mobs On Rails

Normally mobs won't walk on minecart rails. They have their reasons, and I can respect that, but I don't.

Reverse feature MC-33359 so mobs can walk on minecart rails.

Mineshaft encounters won't be so easy to cheese anymore!

Old versions of Mobs on Rails often automagically work with new versions of Minecraft.

If support for the newest MC isn't listed, it might work anyway, so give it a shot.
