Mobs Fear Creeper

This adds the removed feature from a old snapshot in 1.8 and adds it back but more optimized and with more features! The feature was where Mobs would run away from a creeper getting ready to explode in order to not get exploded too, and in this mod it implements that and adds a new feature where they also run from ignited TNT as well!

3. Ability to turn the mod off and customize it. 🎨
4. Does not lag, even with a lot of mobs. ⚡
