The Mitems mod is a mod that adds a lot of items to Minecraft. Which is why Mitems stands for Many Items. There are new tools, armors, and meme items in the mod. There are also some entities, blocks, and structures mitems portals There are 5 new portals to new dimensions those being the Cookie dimension, Bacon Dimension, Copper Dimension, Cheese dimension, and Ping Dimension.
