Main differences

• Forge 1.20.1 is the most complete version overall.
• Fabric 1.21.1 is the best Fabric version for most servers.
• Fabric 1.21.11 supports newer Minecraft but has some missing polish, especially around Trader jobs and chat prefixes.
• NeoForge 1.21.1 works for NeoForge servers but has weaker balance config support.
• Fabric 1.20.1 is mainly useful for older Fabric 1.20.1 servers.
