This is a fun and silly mod that we made after Goober had the Idea of it from just owning a million Fortune Cookie Fortunes.
The Idea is to just either find or craft the cookies and get a random Fortune that you can collect.

- refactor of mod's file structure
- added Goober's updated sprite for fortune paper
- modified cookie so it can be eaten regardless of hunger
- completely overhauled tooltips for paper, much cleaner and gives info on the type of effect it gave
- misc cleanup and refactor of logic surrounding effects.

Added Effects depending on if you get a good or bad fortune.
Good Fortune = Luck 3
Bad Fortune = Bad Luck
