This mod massively improves the /locate biome command by allowing it to search a 10 million+ block range at great speed. The main optimization here is that beyond the vanilla range of the command, it starts to run the same check at offset positions to cover millions of block while searching at whatever Y coordinate the player running the command is at.

- Added a config.
- Added a new feature (disabled by default) where the command now checks if the spot it found is within 8 blocks of land vertically before considering it a success. This prevents biomes that don't have terrain from being detected.
