Locator

Adds a '/LocateEntity' command that tells the Name, X, Z, and optionally the dimension the Entity is in. But the Entity you used the command on gets notified of Your name, X, Y, Z, and if you optionally picked to see their dimension, then they also see yours.

Adds "/AdminLocateEntity" that does the same thing as "/LocateEntity" but requires to be op to use it, shows the y level and doesn't alert the user of your whereabouts.
