Adds the Lobber Zombie mob from Minecraft Earth. These zombies spawn in biomes defined by the #wich:spawns_lobber_zombies tag [default minecraft:plains and minecraft:sunflower_plains]. Lobber Zombies attack far away players by throwing rotten flesh and melee attack nearby players.

Fixed entity type tags: Lobber Zombie was missing from the #minecraft:zombies tag and its thrown flesh was missing from the #minecraft:impact_projectiles tag. No other changes to functionality.
