Limitless Lag

Ever wanted to torment your server members? Then this is definitely the perfect plugin for you! This is a troll plugin that allows you to make it seem like (a) player(s) are experiencing lag when they actually aren't.

I tried my best to replicate the average lag a player would normally encounter, but it's not 100% perfect, so let me know if I missed anything.
