Liminal Chickens

SUMMARY:

Aren't chickens the most important, crucial and mysterious mobs in all of Minecraft? What are they? Where do they come from? Where do the despawn off to?

Apparently to a dark, randomly generated, endless maze.

This project was primarily me experimenting with randomly generated structures. There are most likely a few bugs.

If you want to try liminal spaces but aren't a fan of horror, I would consider giving this a try. (This mod contains no jumpscares or disturbing imagery, just dimly lit corridors and a sense of being small)

FEATURES:

ENTRANCE: When you join a world, all nearby chickens will attempt to hunt you down. If they reach you, you get sent to the dimension. This only happens once and won't re-occur on returning to the overworld.

CONTENTS: Chickens fill the hallways. Most of the dimension consists of unbreakable hallways, but there are some breakable blocks scattered around the place. You will go in equipped with a MYSTICAL EGG. If you are for any reason softlocked, use it for 10 seconds to get teleported to the world spawn. Also do this if you are in a bad spawn. If this doesn't fix it for you, sorry.

The blocks can include:

• Hay bales
• Oak log
• Feathers
• Farmland, water, seeds
• Torches

ESCAPE:

(I highly recommend figuring it out firsthand)

• Obtain building blocks.
• Find a break-away hole in the ceiling behind a break-away wall.
• Build up and out of the hole.
• Look around on the roof for another break-away floor.
• Jump into it.
• You will respawn at your spawn point
