Light It Up

A Paper 1.21.1+ plugin that is essentially full bright, but server-side and overly configurable. Made for those who don't want to use mods.
Server owners can also add custom aliases.

Command	Description	Permission
`lightitup`	Reloads messages	lightitup.reload
`light`	Toggles night vision
`lightlist`	Lists those who have their lights on	lightitup.list

Very small refactors and improvements
Added a "save_on_quit" option, when disabled, /light won't persist after the player leaves

Code heavily refactored
Lightlist command aliases are now properly attributed
When turning on the light, if the player already has night vision, it will be replaced.
