Leaf litter nerfed

In vanilla Minecraft, leaf litter is very easy to obtain and it takes only 2 leaf litter to smelt an item in a furnace, making other types of fuel, like wood and sticks practically useless. This mod does one simple thing - reduces the burning time of leaf litter so now it takes 8 leaf litter to smelt 1 item.

This mod is server-side, meaning it can be installed on a server without needing to install on clients, but it also can be installed on a client to work in singleplayer (on the internal server).
