"Pick clean the bones of Pokémon caught in the sea or stream. Thank them for the meals they provide, and pick their bones clean. When the bones are as clean as can be, set them free in the water from which they came. The Pokémon will return, fully fleshed, and it begins anew."
One would guess that that folklore is the most widely known story from Sinnoh's Canalave City library. The Pokédex has also stated several times that some Pokémon possess the ability to produce food items, or regrow body parts they discard. So forget the implications of snacking on your Pokémon's body parts, and focus on the exquisite taste instead!
Introducing "Last Resort", a shearing and food addon pack for Cobblemon 1.6!
Stuck somewhere with nothing to eat, with an inventory full of loot and hunger points that keep dwindling down until your eventual doom? Worry not and shear your pals for emergency snacks, at least until you can find a way back! (Or even if you just enjoy eating them, I'm not judging.)
Made with Cobblemon Shearems as a foundation, this addon pack lets you shear and get items from these Pokémon: Slowpoke, Paras, Farfetch'd, Chansey, Blissey, Tropius, Clauncher, Clawitzer, Crabrawler, Crabominable, Morelull, Nacli, Klawf, Veluza, Gimmighoul, Gholdengo.

Your Pokemon models also change accordingly when they get sheared, so you might feel horrible looking at pincerless crab Pokemon walking around but hey, at least you got a good meal out of it!

IMPORTANT:
- This pack is a datapack and resourcepack. This is NOT a sidemod and will not work without Cobblemon Shearems and Cobblemon mod.
- Attempts to use this in previous Cobblemon versions are not supported and issues that come from it will not be looked over in the support thread.
- Since the new items were implemented with a datapack, those are therefore not "real items", and any attempts to modify or handle them in ways that are not specified by the addon pack is at your own risk.
Cooking ingredients will only be available on Fabric. It is NOT supported for Forge.

Allows players to shear more Pokemon to get items, both new and old ones:
- Galarian Slowpoke drops Galarian Slowpoke Tail.
- Roaming Gimmighoul drops Relic Coin.
- Sableye drops random Minecraft ores and gems.
- Grotle drops random starter Berries.
- Fidough drops Fidough Yeast.
- Ribombee drops Ribombee Pollen.
- Maractus drops Maractus Flower and Maractus Seeds.
- Cottonee drops Cottonee Fluff.
- Whimsicott drops Whimsicott Fluff.
- Comfey drops Comfey Flowers (Red, White, Yellow, Pink).
- Phantump drops Phantump Leaf.
- Petilil (Unovan & Hisuian) drops Petilil Leaf.
- Oshawott and Dewott (Unovan & Hisuian) drop Scalchop and Black Scalchop respectively.
- Samurott (Unovan & Hisuian) drops Seamitar and Curved Seamitar respectively.
Use new items in crafting to increase their value and usability:
- Combine several Ribombee Pollen to create a Pollen Puff.
- Combine several Cottonee Fluff to create a White Wool.
- Combine several Whimsicott Fluff to create a White Wool.
- Combine several Comfey Flowers and String to create a Fragrant Flower Crown. Its relaxing aromas heals the wearer ever so slightly.
- Combine Fidough Yeast with Eggs, Wheat, and Sugar to create a Moist Dough.
- Craft Maractus Flower into Pink Dye.
- Craft Comfey Flowers into Red Dye, White Dye, Pink Dye, and Yellow Dye.
- Smelt Phantump Leaf to get Dried Phantump Leaf.
- Smelt Petilil Leaf to get Dried Petilil Leaf.
Further develop and craft items into their final forms!
- Smelt Moist Dough to get a Well Baked Bun.
- Combine Dried Phantump Leaf and String to get a Murky Teabag. Combine Murky Teabag and a Water Bottle to brew a Murky Tea. It is said to be able to cure any illness when consumed.
- Combine Dried Petilil Leaf and String to get a Bitter Teabag. Combine Bitter Teabag and a Water Bottle to brew a Bitter Tea. It is said to be able to revitalize and refresh when consumed.

- Slowpoke drops Slowpoke Tail.
- Nacli drops Nacli Salt.
- Alcremie drops Alcremie Cream.
- Morelull drops Morelull Caps.
- Crabrawler, Crabominable, Clauncher, Clawitzer, Klawf drop their pincers or claws.
- Chansey drops Joy Egg, Oval Stone, or Lucky Egg.
- Blissey drops Bliss Egg, Oval Stone, or Lucky Egg.
- Paras drops Small Tochukaso.
- Tropius drops Tropius Fruits.
- Veluza drops Veluza Meat.
- Farfetch'd (Kantonian & Galarian) drops Medicinal Leek.

-Cook certain Pokemon parts to increase their values:
- Cook Slowpoke Tail into Roasted Slowpoke Tail.

- Cook Crabrawler Pincer into Cooked Crabrawler Claw.
- Cook Crabominable Pincer into Cooked Crabominable Pincer.
- Cook Klawf Claw into Cooked Klawf Claw.
- Cook Veluza Meat into Cooked Veluza Meat.
- Pokemon change their models accordingly when sheared, and will eventually regrow their parts a while after being sheared.
