FAQ
Forge support? No, I'd rather eat a shoe. Feel free to make a mod to use the API to add Forge support, I'm not interested in Forge.
NeoForge support? NeoForge caused me some issues, but there is a dev build which may or may not work, use at your own risk NeoForge dev build link
Why not support Bukkit/Spigot? While I can, they are old. Let's face it, Paper is faster and you probably don't have reason to use Bukkit or Spigot. However feel free to fork the project to add support for this.
