It's Not Copper Tools
It's Not Copper Tools is a standalone content mod for Minecraft Beta 1.7.3 which aims to expand the world you know without adding a strict progression or hundreds of structures pre built for your world.
Disclaimer! Any worlds loaded with the conversion mode config options on will most likely be broken if loaded afterwards without the mod! This mod replaces many vanilla blocks and items!
This mod does not officially support multiplayer and currently does not plan to! Sorry if it's not playable online!
Building Blocks
INCT introduces a multitude of new building blocks via the addition of:
Wood type variants
Each wood type now has all of its respective blocks, including planks, slabs, stairs, doors, trapdoors, and fences.
Stone variant blocks
Every stone in the game has gotten a significant amount of new variants via the Stonecutter!
Carved, Brick, Slab, and Chiseled variants now exist for sandstone, stone, netherrack, as well as the new ivory and igneum!
And other stuff!
Gratings come in gold, iron and copper and act like fences.
Firebug lanterns are a new way of lighting your house, and...
Stained clay and copper tiles make an appearance from later versions of vanilla!
Functional Blocks
INCT introduces a few new functional blocks, too!
Anvil
The anvil is very similar to its modern counterpart; it simply repairs your tools.
You'll get a little extra material out of it, too!
It can also, however, be used to craft fancy new Rose Gold equipment by combining a gold tool and a copper ingot!
Stonecutter
Featuring a texture from ancient pocket edition, the stonecutter also works like its modern counterpart...
Though it's a little more important here! Without a stonecutter you can't get the majority of the new stone blocks!
So once you have 8 stone blocks and an iron ingot, you ought to make one.
Pots
Pots are a wholly new block, on the other hand.
Made from stained clay, these can be dyed to suit any number of styles.
But more importantly, they can pick up items of their own accord!
Any items dropped on top of a pot will automatically be sucked inside, perfect for mob farms!
Something Else...?
Looks like the nether has seen some changes, too...
The Wastes
A desolate wasteland still lies in wait for those who enter the portal...
But it seems to have gotten more dangerous!
Steam vents litter the floor, and the all-new Huntsman prowls for victims to incinerate!
Piles of crushed bone are scattered about, and you might just find some petrified bone in the form of Ivory veins!
The Igneum Pools
Desolation can sometimes give way to beauty, however.
The igneum pools is a wholly new nether biome, covered in ash and composed of hard rock.
Pools of lava spring up from the ground, and so does a lot of fire!
Glowstone crystals light the way through this firey landscape.
Ash slimes also make their home here! Watch out for their particularly heated attacks.
Venture into alien lands, revitalize fossils and uncover ancient dungeons in...

Added Marrow, Igneum, and Ash. Also added Carved, Chiseled, Slab/Stair, and Brick variants for Igneum.
Added geysers: dangerous blocks found in the nether that also happen to make good evil lair decorations.
They come in two varieties, igneum and netherrack, with different properties. Igneum geysers will incinerate your enemies, while netherrack geysers will only scald them to death. How polite of them!
Added a toggle for the flavor text under item names.
Added two new types of tree, obtained by revitalizing fossils found in the nether!
Ashwood trees: tall, willow-like trees with gray wood, blue bark and silvery leaves. Also often the home to firebugs. Seal a firebug in a glass jar forever! See if I care!
Nether Mahogany trees: short, branching trees with purple wood, purple bark, and lavender leaves. Their sap is quite volatile, being usable as an alternative to flint and steel or to craft torches!
Added conditional music, and 5 new tracks from C418 that only play in the nether.
These can be toggled off to restore vanilla (or any other mod's) behaviour.
Added Ivory, a new nether ore used for decoration (for now).
It has a full blockset like igneum does.
Added the IGNEUM POOLS!
A brand new biome found in the nether, covered in ash and constructed from igneum.
Tall pools of lava and jets of flame from the ground make it a little more dangerous to traverse than the wastes.
However, if you look carefully you might find a special fossil...
Big glowstone pillars! Cause they look cool ::>
The nether wastes have also seen some additions... Look out for the steam vents and look EXTRA out for another type of fossil.
Ivory and Marrow can also be found in the nether wastes! Lots of bones there!
Added dungeons to the nether!
They're like the overworld ones!
But with better loot!
And a new exclusive block, cracked igneum bricks!
If you want to go hunt them down!
Added new mobs to the nether too!
Ash slimes can be found hopping around the Igneum Pools. They act mostly like regular slimes, though they drop mahogany sap and have a chance to set you on fire on hit!
Huntsmen can be found wandering aimlessly about the Nether Wastes. They act like skeletons, but they're a bit more dangerous on account of their flaming arrows. Try not to burn to death.

Updated to StationAPI alpha 6.2 and Glass Config API 3.2.5. Added ash and marrow, two decorative blocks, in preparation for the upcoming nether updates. Marrow, crafted from bones, falls like sand and gravel. Dropping the 'a' in favor of proper semantic versioning, this is essentially 1.1.3. Additionally added a config option to disable flavor text.

Added clay pots, which behave like modern hoppers. Improved compatibility with other mods, by adding a placeholder description and undoing the dye item changes.
If upgrading from 1.0.1a to any future version, stop by this version and convert your dye items! The legacy dyes will not be in the mod forever!
