InvisFrames Plugin

Allows players to take normal item frames and turn them invisible when placed! This plugin supports the usage of commands and crafting to accomplish the goal! (both can be configured)

First release! Maybe more to come in the future, config and gameplay wise...? Tested on Paper 1.21.4 AND 1.21.11 with no observable issues.
