interdimensional-sleeping

Fixes a bug in minecraft where sleeping in a custom dimension doesn't skip the night. https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC/issues/MC-188578

Add a custom dimension in the config, and the players in that dimension will start to count towards the current / max sleeping playercount.
