Injured Effects

This mod adds effects to being low on HP! This applies to players, aswell as humanoid entities like villagers, illagers, and piglins!

Don't feel injured enough when you get hurt?

Introducing Injured Effects!

This datapack by Rainy Realm Creations adds new cosmetic injured effects to the game.

What effects?

  • Darkening Shock
    • Applies the darkness effect when too low on health.
  • Heartbeat
    • The sound of your beating heart becomes louder and faster as you take more and more damage.
  • Open Wound
    • Blood particles will appear at low health as you struggle to heal those wounds.

Run the following command to customize your experience!

Additions

  • Added new Blood Splatter effect
    • This effect can be toggled in the config.
    • This effect exists for both players and mobs.
      • If you encounter ANY issues with splatter effects staying around longer than intended, reach out immidiately.
      • We have contingencies planned if this happens, but we would rather not use them if not needed.

Fixes

  • Fixed player effects not being able to be configured at all. [1.21-1.21.4]
    • Appologies for all the growing pains with the new storage based config.

  • Fixed "enable all" and "disable all" buttons.
