Jack Black spawns on his tower and shouts I AM STEVE!

He drops his blue shirt or his phone on death. He has 50 health, and will only attack if you attack him. The shirt says it has +100 armour, but dosen't work like it does. Theres a structure called the steve tower that spawns in the forest. This is where Jack Black Spawns. If you left click his phone it will ring and open a gui. Thanks to Duck Meme for the phone ring sound from this video: I Am Steve Phone Ringtones. This is my first ever mod. Sorry for Neoforge only not much I can do about that right now.

Fixed some known bugs

Changed how steve towers spawn to allow for more natural generation. Changeged colour of shirt. Steve now only spawns in the steve tower. QOL features.
