Hotbar Totems

Makes Totems of Undying work even when in hotbar!

Some may find that having to hold the totem to make use of it cumbersome, as it uses a hand slot.

Now it works even when the totem isn't in the hand, but in the hotbar!

Be careful, it won't work if the totem is in the inventory, or in a bundle/shulker.

Before danger, no totem in hand Before the player felt into lava

Death prevented, no totem in hand After the player felt into lava
