Hextra Patterns

~~My humor is impeccable~~

A Hex Casting addon with some extra utility patterns that really just shorten hexes.

The new patterns are properly categorized and split across multiple entries in the hex book.

Many of these patterns can already be done in base Hex with just a 2-3 patterns, they're just nice as shorthands. Some of them are more complex functions that would take multiple patterns to replicate in Base Hex.

Vectors
- Vector Purification
  - Converts a list of 3 numbers into a vector, or a vector into a list of 3 numbers
- Coordinate Purification: X/Y/Z
  - Gets a vector's X/Y/Z coordinate
- Coordinate Distillation: X/Y/Z
  - Sets a vector's X/Y/Z coordinate
Stack Manipulation
- Capsizing Gambit
  - Sends the top iota to the bottom of the stack
- Dredging Gambit
  - Pulls the bottom iota to the top of the stack
- Capsizing Gambit II/Dredging Gambit II
  - Same as above, but copies instead of moves

Added patterns for handling nulls
- Coalescing Distillation
  - If the first thing isn't null, return it. Otherwise, return the second thing.
    - Apparently this is old behavior that used to exist at some point, which I didn't know. Anyway, this one is taken from a PR into the 1.21 version of the mod.
- Coalescing Gambit
  - If the first thing isn't null, return it. Otherwise, execute the second thing.

Fixed Entropy Purification and Distillation having swapped functionality
