HexSBM

Adds a radial menu for navigating pages in the Hexcasting spellbook.

Instead of scrolling through up to 64 pages with a mouse wheel, you get a clean circular interface:

  • Inner ring: 8 page groups
  • Outer ring: 8 pages per group (64 total)
  • Select any page with a single click
  • Optional icons: assign custom icons to pages or groups for quick visual recognition

Controls

  • Hold the spellbook in your off-hand and press V to open the menu
  • Left-click on a page to confirm selection
  • Right-click on a page or a group (inner ring) to assign the currently selected hotbar item as its icon
  • Scroll the mouse wheel while the menu is open to change hotbar slots (requires the spellbook to be in your off-hand)
  • Press Esc to close
  • Open configuration panel by moving your cursor to the right side of the screen while in radial menu

  • Added spell highlighting: empty spellbook pages are now optionally dimmed.
  • Improved bind-hold functionality: no longer need to click a spell to select it. Just hover and release the bind.

A radial menu configuration panel has been added. To open the panel, hover your cursor over the right side of the screen and click the pop-up panel (while the menu is open).

  • Change the highlighting mode
  • Adjust the gradient
  • Transparency adjustment

There are also various known bugs in the configuration panel that will be fixed later.

  • You can add icons to the inner ring.
  • The interface adapts to the applied pigment's color (third-party mods may not be supported).
  • If there are numerous complaints about an "unusable" or "terrible" interface color after an update, a new version with additional customization options will be released as soon as possible.

Page icons support added You can now assign a custom icon to each spellbook page as a visual label. How to use:

  • Open the spellbook.
  • Make sure the desired item is selected in your hotbar.
  • Hover over a page and right-click (RMB) — the icon will be saved.
  • To remove an icon, select an empty hotbar slot and right-click the page. Hotbar scrolling inside the UI No need to close the spellbook to switch hotbar slots anymore! How to use:
  • While the spellbook is open, simply scroll your mouse wheel — the hotbar selection will change instantly.
  • You can then right-click to assign the new item as an icon.
