Heavy Storms amplifies thunderstorms and introduces a Forge Energy compatible Lightning Capacitor block for Minecraft 1.21.1 using NeoForge, and 1.20.1 using Forge.
Features
- Spawns additional lightning strikes around players during thunderstorms with configurable frequency and radius.
- Adds the Lightning Capacitor block that gains FE from real lightning strikes. (no lightin rod required)
- Exposes Forge Energy via the standard Forge capability system so automation mods (e.g.,
Mekanism universal cables or any other FE power managment system) can interact with the capacitor.

Fixed issue preventing lightning from reliably hitting capacitor. Added strike chance percentage to generated config, thus allowing for users to decide how often lighting actually strikes the capacitor.
