Head

A simple plugin that lets you use a command to spawn in a player head with a custom texture in exchange for configurable hard currency

Usage: /head [custom name]

You can easily find these values on e.g. minecraft-heads.com by clicking on the head submission and scrolling down to 'Value'

I coded this for private use a while ago and didn't guard against anything so report any issues in my discord
