Harness Enchantments

This Datapack adds 4 new enchantments to the game:

• Harness Protection
• Harness Fire Protection
• Harness Blast Protection
• Harness Projectile Protection

They have the same effects as the normal versions but scaled up to be 4 pieces of armor per level. Note that the harness itself doesn't add armor points to the happy ghast so the enchantments only reduce a percentage of damage.

Due to a bug, the enchantment table doesn't put the enchantments onto the harnesses and you will instead need to enchant books and then combine onto an anvil to enchant the harness. All the specific damage type enchantments have double the effect of harness protection.
