Features:

You start off small.
Take damage to grow larger.
Growing will break blocks directly around you if you can't move.
Your size will remain if you die.
The bigger you are...

- Taking damage makes you grow (true by default)
- Starting size (0.1 by default)
- Size change amount when taking damage (0.1 by default)
- Max size (8 by default)
- Break surrounding blocks when growing (true by default)
