Your Hypixel guild chat, finally readable.

GuildZip reformats your Hypixel guild chat into clean, compact lines — and it recognizes Discord bridge relays to rewrite those too.

Everything's tunable in /gz — full RGB colors, prefixes, and per-guild version labels. /gz update checks for a new version.

Needs Fabric API + Fabric Language Kotlin.

Running one Discord bridge across multiple guilds? Have the bot tag each guild's messages with [V1] / [V2] / [V3], set Bot MC Name to the bridge account in /gz, and every guild lands in your chat as its own colored, labeled line.

Small but important update for everyone playing on Minecraft 1.21.x.

🛡️ Critical updater fix

The auto-updater now only sees GuildZip versions published for your Minecraft version. Without this fix, it would have automatically installed the Minecraft 26.1 jar (GuildZip 1.5.0+) on your 1.21.x client — which would prevent your game from launching.

If you have the auto-updater enabled, this update installs itself — just restart Minecraft.

ℹ️ Notes

  • This is the last release for Minecraft 1.21.x. New features will target Minecraft 26.1+.
  • Playing on Minecraft 26.1? Get GuildZip 1.5.0 instead.

GuildZip is now available for Minecraft 26.1.x! 🎉

⚠️ Requirements changed

  • Minecraft 26.1+ and Java 25 (required by Minecraft 26.1)
  • Fabric Loader 0.18+ · Fabric API

What's new

  • ⬆️ Full port to Minecraft 26.1 (migrated to the new unobfuscated codebase)
  • 🔔 Auto-updater removed — no more automatic jar downloads. Instead, you get a simple clickable chat message ~5 seconds after joining Hypixel when a new version is available. You can turn it off in the config (Advanced → Update Notifications).
  • 🛡️ Update check now only looks at versions published for your Minecraft version
  • 🗑️ Removed duplicate message compaction (x2) — Hypixel already blocks sending the same message twice
  • 🧹 /gz dismiss and /gz noupdate removed (no longer needed)

Still on Minecraft 1.21.x?

Do not install this version. Stay on GuildZip 1.4.8, the final 1.21.x release.
