Goetic Legacy

Goetic Legacy is a Goety addon built around the Night Cube, a powerful artifact that synergizes with Enigmatic Legacy items to empower your servants and spells. It also introduces a prefab building system, a Holy Armor set, advancements, and much more.

Core Features

The Night Cube

A Curios bauble with unlockable slots for Spell Stones, Books, and Scrolls — each providing unique passive bonuses and event-driven effects.

  • Dynamic Slot System: Start with limited slots, unlock more through sacrificial rituals
  • Encyclopedia Screen: Browse every content's effects in-game
  • Active Ability "Time Flow": Accelerates random ticks, crop growth, minion training, and prisoner mining
  • Moon Phase Buffs: Different bonuses depending on the current moon phase
  • 30+ Contents: Support for items from Enigmatic Legacy and Enigmatic Addons

Void Shaping Staff — Prefab Building System

A powerful staff that lets you preview, deploy, retract, and create prefabricated structures.

  • Four modes: Preview → Build → Retract → Create
  • Animated layer-by-layer deployment and implosion retraction effects
  • Supports both built-in templates and custom blueprints (up to 48×48×48)
  • Blueprints obtainable from dungeon loot with configurable drop rates

Holy Armor Set

A ritual-crafted armor set with a unique DOT (Damage Over Time) mechanic.

  • Incoming damage is stored in a pool, released back at attackers at a controlled rate
  • HUD display shows damage pool, release rate, and status in real time
  • Golden breathing border on the armor bar when DOT mode is active

New Items & Mechanics

  • Ruby Ring: Reduces enemy invulnerability frames on magic damage for faster spell output
  • Unholy Scroll: Records your spellcasting history, granting scaling bonuses as you cast
  • Spider Specimen Book: Makes spiders neutral to you or strengthens your spider servants
  • Echo of the Old World: Blueprint item that captures world snapshots for deployment
  • Revelation's Proof: Inflicts bonus vulnerability when casting debuff spells

New Enchantments

  • Breaking Stance: Reduces servant invulnerability frames for faster attacks
  • Bulwark: Provides damage reduction for your servants
  • Wand Power: Increases magic damage dealt by wands and staves

Advancement System

12 achievements covering all mod modules — from obtaining basic items to challenging goals like 500 total casts on the Unholy Scroll or collecting spells from all nine schools.

Highly configurable via goeticlegacy-common.toml:

  • Night Cube: max pages, slots, sacrifice recipes, content values
  • Individual tuning for every book, scroll, and spellstone

  • 体感上来讲,无瑕套装远没有之前那么肉了

Unholy Scroll Recording Lag

  • Added client-side incremental update logic, avoiding full cache replacement lag
  • Cleaned up redundant logger calls along the casting code path

Holy Armor DOT Decay Too Aggressive

  • Holy Armor is noticeably less tanky than before
  • Added idle grace period — DOT pool no longer decays during combat
  • Smooth decay kicks in after grace period, clearing residual DOT pool in ~5-10 seconds
  • Adjusted DOT release parameters for smoother release and to prevent pool over-accumulation

Staff Offhand Damage Fix

  • Grants +25% melee damage when holding Goetic Legacy staves (Void Shaping Staff / Wild Biome Staff) in the offhand, controlled by Goety's config toggle
  • Fixed missing melee damage bonus when staves are used in the offhand

Other Fixes

  • Removed redundant keybindings for cleaner key settings
  • Removed various unused logger calls to reduce console spam

一枚蕴含着不祥能量的水晶,可通过铁砧为武器附加攻击伤害加成与耐久度削减。支持多变的外观配置(颜色、射线数、旋转速度、脉冲幅度等),可在锻造仪式中提取已装备的属性,或通过仪式重新随机生成新属性。


暗夜立方内容物右键禁用

在暗夜立方菜单中右键内容物槽位,可循环切换禁用状态:禁用一个功能 → 禁用全部 → 全部重新启用。禁用状态存储在内容物自身的 NBT 中,随物品携带,切换操作通过 C→S 网络包同步。


Bug 修复

  • 修复暗夜立方时间加速结束后残留额外 tick 导致昼夜循环异常的问题
  • 修复七咒之戒检查条件问题
  • 修复鼠标拖拽物品时与 shader 光效渲染的兼容性问题

New Item: Ominous Crystal

A crystal brimming with ominous energy. Apply it to weapons via an anvil to grant attack damage bonuses at the cost of durability. Features customizable visual configuration (colors, ray count, rotation speed, pulse amplitude, etc.). Equipped attributes can be extracted through a forging ritual, or re-rolled for new random properties.


NightCube Right-Click Content Toggle

Right-click a content slot in the Night Cube GUI to cycle through disable states: disable one feature → disable all → re-enable all. The disable state is stored in the content item's own NBT and persists with the item. State changes are synced via a C→S network packet.


Bug Fixes

  • Fixed NightCube time acceleration leaving residual ticks after deactivation, causing day/night cycle desync
  • Fixed Seven Curses ring check not applying under certain conditions
  • Fixed mouse-dragging compatibility issue with shader effects
  • Fixed Echoes not appearing in the Creative tab on dedicated servers
  • Fixed particle rendering and Mixin version compatibility issues

快捷栏效果:

荒域之杖重做

荒域之杖已经完工,生存模式可以获取。

荒域之杖从四模式法杖重构为纯群系转化工具:

  • 移除 Focus 聚晶体系,不再能作为法杖施法
  • 新增药酿转化液体系:Z 键管理界面装填荒域转化液(gas_brew)
  • RECORD 模式(蓄力 0.5s):将当前所在群系写入药酿 NBT
  • CONVERT 模式(蓄力 2s):将已记录区域转化为目标群系
  • 投掷转化液:持有已记录群系的药酿瓶直接投掷,落地即可触发群系转化
  • 新增蓄力进度 HUD 和群系标签 Overlay 显示

A lantern radiating an ominous aura, with both hotbar and offhand effect modes, featuring a 3D model and emissive rendering.

Hotbar Effects:

  • Undead minions gain sun protection (won't burn in sunlight)
  • Undead minions periodically regenerate health
  • Soul Buffer: automatically stores soul energy above 60% threshold, releases it below 40%

Wild Biome Staff Rework

The Wild Biome Staff is now complete and obtainable in Survival mode.

The staff has been refactored from a hybrid mode tool into a pure biome conversion device:

  • Removed Focus system — no longer functions as a tier-4 wand
  • New Brew system: Z-key management screen to load transmutation brew (gas_brew)
  • RECORD mode (0.5s charge): writes the current biome into the brew's NBT
  • CONVERT mode (2s charge): converts the target area to the recorded biome
  • Throwable brew: toss a brew bottle with a recorded biome to trigger conversion on impact
  • New charge progress HUD and biome label overlay
  • New Patchouli entries for the staff and transmutation brew
  • 3 new advancements

  • Heterodox Chapel (Rare rarity): A mysterious heterodox chapel structure

绑定聚晶包

不再是普通饰品——它是一个能直接装入法杖的聚晶弹匣:

  • 内部存放多达 20 个聚晶,右键即可管理
  • 一手持杖、一手持包右键,直接装填进法杖聚晶槽
  • 装填后可在聚晶间快速切换,无需打开界面
  • 潜行右键已装包的法杖即可弹出

遗响大袋

专为塑虚之杖设计的遗响容器:

  • Curios 腰带饰品,装备后自动增加一个腰带槽位
  • 21 格遗响存储空间,右键打开管理界面
  • 与塑虚之杖联动:转盘菜单优先显示包内遗响
  • 全身只能装备一个

荒域之杖(群系转化器,开发中)

新增双功能法杖,支持四种模式:记录当前群系(50灵魂)、预览转化范围、将目标区域转化为已记录群系(500灵魂)、或作为四级法杖施放聚晶法术。


心灵之庭(新维度,开发中)

新增维度,目前实现了自定义渲染效果(体积云、动态日光、昼夜循环、星空、极光)。持有心灵之庭钥匙可在主世界与此维度间传送。


大量新预制建筑

本次新增 17 座建筑:

  • 超凡:灾灵竞技场
  • 史诗:远古密教的失落仪式、樱花庄园、希蒂娅酿造屋、诡厄环堡、魔女食堂
  • 稀有:酿酒机、红石巨兽、呼啸傀儡、方阵仪式厅、巫婆的凉亭、亚纳祭坛系列(4种)

Five New Items

Vizier's Book

[Backpack Effects]

  • Right-click to open the equipment container GUI (5 slots: helmet, chestplate, leggings, boots, weapon)
  • When summoning minions with a Vex Focus, automatically equips items from the container

[Night Cube Effects]

  • Damage reduction while charging spells (35% default)
  • Significantly boosts minion training speed
  • Neollagers have a chance to train into purple-robed mages
  • Vex Focus summons tormentors instead of regular vexes

Book of the Wind

Can be enchanted with Potency and Radius [Backpack Effects]

  • Active skill (right-click): fires an updraft blast that launches nearby enemies into the air (6s cooldown)

[Night Cube Effects]

  • Immunity to fall damage with wind particle burst on landing
  • Bonus damage against lower targets based on height difference, up to +100%

Book of Bygones

[Backpack Effects]

  • Nether mobs become neutral toward you (except those exceeding the health threshold)
  • Magic damage multiplier +X%

[Night Cube Effects]

  • Hellfire deals bonus true damage based on target max health, with an additional damage multiplier
  • Affects both player and minion hellfire output

Bound Focus Pack

A focus magazine that loads directly into your wand:

  • Stores up to 20 focuses internally, right-click to manage
  • Hold in one hand + wand in the other, right-click to load into the wand's focus slot
  • Switch between loaded focuses on the fly without opening a GUI
  • Sneak-right-click a loaded wand to eject the pack

Echoes Pack

A portable container for Echoes of the Old World:

  • Curios belt slot item, grants +1 belt slot while equipped
  • 21-slot echo storage, right-click to open the management interface
  • Integrates with the Void Shaping Staff radial menu
  • One-per-player equip limit

Wild Biome Staff (Biome Converter, WIP)

A dual-purpose staff with four modes: record the current biome (50 soul energy), preview the conversion zone, convert target area to the recorded biome (500 soul energy), or cast focus spells as a tier-4 wand.


Mind Court (New Dimension, WIP)

A new dimension with custom rendering (volumetric clouds, dynamic sun color, day/night cycle, starfield, aurora effects). Use the Mind Court Key to teleport between the Overworld and this dimension.

[重大更新] 暗夜立方内容物系统全面重构

本次更新对暗夜立方的内容物系统进行了深度重构和精简,调整了大量效果数值,并统一了 tooltip 的显示风格。

  • 如果环境内不存在某些内容物道具(比如因为版本低,未装载神秘遗物/神秘佳肴导致缺失物品),现在也可以在替代品系统抽出对应的内容物卷轴

  • Tooltip 全面规范化:所有内容物的属性描述统一格式。无论条件是否满足,都完整显示所有行,未激活的属性以灰色显示,让玩家一目了然。

  • 新增 3 个卷轴内容物(需安装神秘遗物扩展):

    • 探索者卷轴:探索宝箱时有概率获得额外战利品

[Major Update] New Items: Jade Amulet & Sculk Heart

  • Jade Amulet: A rare accessory that boosts magic damage. Supports three enchantments (Bulwark / Breaking Stance / Wand Power), stackable with the Ruby Ring. Found in dungeon loot.

  • Sculk Heart: A rare spellstone — equip it directly or place it in the Night Cube.

    • When equipped directly:
      • Immunity to Darkness and Blindness
      • Increased unarmed damage
      • Immune to Warden sonic boom attacks
      • Restores soul energy when killing mobs
      • Kills no longer drop XP — instead, Sculk spreads outward from the kill site
      • Summons a Warden for revenge when you die
      • Active ability — press K to fire a sonic boom projectile

      • Wardens won't target you or your minions
      • 5% chance to summon a Warden when a minion dies (120s duration, targets the killer)

[Major Update] Enigmatic Legacy Is Now Optional

  • Enigmatic Legacy (EL) and Enigmatic Addons (EA) are now fully optional — the mod works perfectly without them
  • If you don't have EL/EA installed, you can still obtain most unique effects through the Research Scroll ritual system:
    • Place a Research Scroll on the Dark Altar; the ritual will randomly assign a substitute content based on the recipe type (Magic / Nether / End)
    • Already-tagged scrolls can be re-rolled in a ritual to refresh their effect (configurable max rerolls)
    • Three new ritual variants (Magic / Nether / End), each favoring a different content type (Book / Scroll / Spellstone)
