Adds a new Smithing Template used to craft an Enchanted Golden Apple in the Smithing Table. 
JEI/REI recommended for recipes.

I highly recommend using this version, not the previous.
- Much more balanced recipes
- Fixed item name to be "Smithing Template" to match the other items.
