Gametick Repeater

This mod add's only 1 thing repeaters with gameticks instead of redstone ticks basically a normal repeater works on redstone ticks which is 2 gameticks this mod add's a type of repeater that works on 1 gametick intervals

What are the main uses of this mod Pistons alot of doors need only 3 gameticks of delay but they have to use 4 gameticks cause of the normal repeater well this mod fixes that
