Library mod to be used by my projects in the future

Currently:

• Helps with registering content on both Fabric and Forge without the need for mod loader specific code
• Provides my own config system that works on both Fabric and Forge with features such as automatic regeneration of outdated configs and log messages if a config is invalid that should make it obvious if you made a mistake while editing it
• Allows mods to very easily add multiple built in resource packs and data packs that load under certain conditions such as when another mod is present or when enabled in a config

No current plans to make it available for use by other developers however that may change
