Fortnite Style Weakpoint mining

Weakpoints will appear flying when mining, hitting them will grant a mining buff.

Always tired of the same old mining? Why not accept a small challenge with a reward!

When mining, small weakpoints orbs will appear on any side of the block and hitting them will increase your mining speed temporarily!

they have a cooldown so they won't spawn all the time, but hitting them will grant you the haste potion effect!

now configurable via gamerules, no longer uses haste but a special potion effect so the player hand does not move faster.

now the weakpoints doesn't have an AI and they appear on any side of the block
