- Changed "0" fertility to display as "Infertile"
- Crepuscular activity period extended to work during 0..2000, 10000..15000, and 21000..24000
- Scoops can now be enchanted (Unbreaking, Silk Touch, Fortune)
- Hives can now be silk-touched
- Hive drops are now affected by Fortune
- End Hives now generate properly
- End Hives now have a rare chance to drop bees with "Phasing" or "Ascension" effects
- Increased drop rates of bees from Marshy hives
- Relaxed skylight requirements so that bees don't have to see the sky directly above them, now only requiring hives to be in a skylight of 10 or greater.
- Phosphor makes lava again instead of Volcanic Propolis
- Sinister produces Phosphor instead of Volcanic Propolis
- Luxuriant no longer produces phosphor, now only produces combs
- Abyssal species now has the "Darkness" effect, which blinds nearby players
- Savanna and Aquatic lines now uses Crepuscular activity instead of Nocturnal activity
- Added the Vindictive line back, no longer tied to IndustrialCraft2
- Vindictive line no longer uses Radioactive effect, uses aggressive instead, and has BOTH_1 climate tolerances
- Flower spawning fixed to no longer fill the area with the same kind of flower
- Steadfast species now has Cathemeral activity
- Sculk species is now bred from Abyssal and Hermitic rather than Abyssal and Phantasmal

- Added 15 new Tree species: Golden Elm, Balsam Fir, Coconut, Copper Beech, Feijoa, Dogwood, Ginkgo, Jacaranda, Pewen, Macrocarpa, Olive, Sweet Orange, D'Anjou Pear, Kauri
- Added 5 new Fruits:
- Pear - Can be squeezed into Juice (100 mB)
- Orange - Can be squeezed into Juice (400 mB)
- Coconut - Can be squeezed into Milk (500 mB)
- Feijoa - Can be squeezed into Juice (100 mB)
- Olive - Can be squeezed into Seed Oil (100 mB)
- In real life, Olive Oil is not a seed oil, but this is done to avoid having two separate Oil fluids. New best source of Seed Oil
- Added Amber Drone and Amber Sapling, which can be centrifuged to recover Relic Drones and Ginkgo Saplings, respectively
- Added Amber, a crafting and building material
- Used to create Amber Electron Tubes, which grant Fortune boosts on socketed machines (Centrifuge and Squeezer)
- Obtained from Vintage combs
- Also obtained from centrifuging Amber Drone and Amber Sapling
- Replaced Hill Cherry species with Sour Cherry
- Still produces cherries as fruit and has red bark with a yellow inside, but leaves are now green to avoid resembling the Cherry Blossom, which does not produce fruit in real life
- Replaced Bull Pine species with Ponderosa Pine
- Pine generation is now taller and skinnier, resembling the Ponderosa species
- Improved Acacia tree generation to more closely resemble Vanilla Acacia

- Improved textures for almost all tree saplings
- Add JEI descriptions for Mulch, Fertilizier, and Compost
- Add Analyzer descriptions for nearly every tree species
- Cherries now produce Juice instead of Seed Oil
- Changed Squeezer Juice/Oil amounts: Cherry (50 mB), Walnut (50 mB), Chestnut (80 mB)
- Compost and Mulch can now be used as a fertilizer
- Make Fertilizer particles and sound match Vanilla Bone Meal
- TEXTURE PACKS: Sapling models and textures have been moved to follow Vanilla naming conventions.
- Fixed pod fruits not respecting a tree's Yield allele
