Flabébé colours spawn only near flowers of the same colour, like the standard Cobblemon Flabébé. Here's a list of what colour spawns near what flowers:

• Purple:
  • Vanilla: Allium, Lilac
  • Biomes O' Plenty: Lavender, Tall Lavender, Violet, Wildflower
  • Nature's Spirit: Lavender, Foxglove, Purple Wildflower, Black Iris, Anemone, Purple Heather
  • Wilder Wild: Phlox, Purple Hibiscus, Carnation, Pasqueflower
  • Trailier Tales: Manedrop
• Green:
  • Vanilla: Mangrove Propagule (yes, that's a flower)
• Black:
  • Vanilla: Wither Rose
• Cyan:
  • Vanilla: Blue Orchid, Pitcher Plant
  • Biomes O' Plenty: Blue Hydrangea, Icy Iris
  • Nature's Spirit: Blue Iris
  • Trailier Tales: Cyan Rose
• Brown:
  • Vanilla: Cocoa (plant, not seeds)

To spawn a new Flabébé variant, use the command /pokespawn [species] flower-expansion=[colour]

Additionally, as a form of compatibility, standard Cobblemon colours spawn near the following flowers:

All of Comfey's spawns are the same as the Flabébé line. The original Flabébé colours use "#cobblemon:[colour]_flowers", and the custom added colours are the same as the ones I gave Flabébé. There is no cyan or brown variant. There's around a 50/50 chance of getting the normal Comfey or one with a certain colour of flowers.

To spawn a Comfey with coloured flowers, use the command /pokespawn comfey comfey-flower=[colour]

There's also a little easter egg!

Sunflora's variants are random! Each Sunflora will have a randomly chosen variant from the pool. The new variants are: Classic, Leucistic, and Blazing. Sunkern also have those variants, but don't change visually.

To spawn a certain Sunflora, use the command /pokespawn sunflora sunflora-variant=[variant]

• Red - give Bayleef a poppy, red tulip, or a rose bush
• Orange - give Bayleef an orange tulip, or a torchflower
• Yellow - give Bayleef a dandelion, or a sunflower
• Green - give Bayleef a mangrove propagule
• Cyan - give Bayleef a blue orchid, or pitcher plant
• Blue - give Bayleef a cornflower
• Purple - give Bayleef an allium, or a lilac bush
• Pink - give Bayleef a pink tulip, spore blossom, peony, pink petals, or cherry leaves
• White - give Bayleef a white tulip, azure bluet, oxeye daisy, or a lily of the valley
• Black - give Bayleef a whiter rose

To spawn a certain Meganium, use the command /pokespawn meganium meganium-flower=[variant]

The shiny variant has purple, green, orange, and black roses instead.

To spawn one with a certain rose combination, use the command /pokespawn [species] roselia-rose=[variant]
