Flipnote Greetings

A useless stupid mod that adds the Flipnote Studio startup sound when you join a world.

I... wanted a mod to play the flipnote startup sound (from flipnote studio on DSi) when joining a world so.......... THERE IT IS !!!

As soon as you're joining a world in SP or MP you'll be greeted by the little Flipnote frog sound!! Isn't that wonderful ?

I'll try to add a config menu later to disable the sound without removing the mod.
