Fire Extinguisher

This plugin adds a powerful Fire Extinguisher to Minecraft. Use it to extinguish all types of fire, including lava and campfires. However, it comes with a side effect: the extinguisher uses wind charges, pushing away nearby mobs and players while putting out flames.
