ClearLag

ClearLag is a 1.7.10 server-side mod for Minecraft that automatically clears dropped items from the world at regular intervals. With customizable time intervals (in minutes), ClearLag helps reduce lag caused by excessive item entities, improving server performance. The mod also sends out in-game warnings 5 minutes and 1 minute before clearing, keeping players informed.

Also has an optional auto clear when exceeding a customizable item threshold.
