Simple mod that let's you fully control the speed of the Happy Ghast when mounted by a player. In the config you can set the speed of the Happy Ghast, which is 0.15 by default (3x the 0.05 vanilla speed).

Changelog:

Leads now no longer break when a player in a boat is attached or when the ghast is moving it incredibly high speeds.
Fixed ghast speed resetting when a passenger that is not the controlling passenger leaves the ghast.
