🎯 No Double Scroll — Simple Hotbar Fix

No Double Scroll is a lightweight Minecraft mod that prevents double scrolling in the hotbar.
If you've ever scrolled past the item you wanted because your mouse wheel is too sensitive — this mod fixes that!
