Usage

/fmotd [add|append|join] to add a new motd. (Auto reload)

/fmotd [delete|pop|remove] to remove an exist motd. (Auto reload)

/fmotd reload to reload config.

motd:
  - '&7A Minecraft Server'
  - '&3Welcome join our server!'

Need an icon.

Color code support: Use & char to support color code.
In-game motd edit: Use /fmotd add and /fmotd remove command to edit motd list in-game
Permission node: fmotd.admin for using all commands the plugin provides.
