Fabric Mob Heights

A lightweight Fabric mod that introduces subtle, realistic height differences while staying true to vanilla gameplay. Inspired by Variable Mob Height, reimagined for Fabric 1.20-1.20.4. Fully customizable via Mod Menu.

  • Leverages Pehkui API for smooth scaling implementation
  • Maintains door compatibility for humanoid entities
  • Includes biome and dimension-specific scaling options
  • UUID-based scale caching system with periodic cleanup to prevent memory leaks
  • Configurable through Mod Menu (Game restart required for most options to take affect)
  • Simple /resize and /resize undo commands for OPs

  • Support for Minecraft 1.20-1.20.4 (Only tested on 1.20, 1.20.1)

Fixed in 1.0.4:

  • The persistent/named mob health bug. All mobs should automatically have their correct health when the world loads. No command needed.

Fixed:

  • Stacking health bug (persistent/named mobs' health would increase on each world reload)

Added:

  • /refreshmobhealth command to attempt to fix any broken health on mobs in the current loaded chunk. Currently, the command doesn't stick upon reloading the world. Looking into a more persistent fix.
