Debug Keys (F3+T) Everywhere
Allows you to reload resource packs with F3 + T while not in a world or with a GUI open, useful for speeding up pack development. Now works for all F3 keybinds!

Why no 1.21.9?? Where's my 1.21.9 update?!!!?
Mojang added most features of this mod to vanilla 1.21.9, meaning the mod is no longer needed! The only feature missing from vanilla is notifications when in the main menu, however I don't think that is a big enough feature to keep updating this mod
Debug Keys Anywhere (formerly F3 + T Everywhere)
Debug Keys Anywhere allows you to use the F3 debug keybinds anywhere! Meaning you can now reload resourcepacks on the main menu, in the pause menu, or anywhere else. Useful for speeding up resourcepack development.
As of v2.0, the mod also allows you to use other F3 keybinds, such as F3 + H or F3 + G, while a screen is open or in the main menu
